Description

In this course, we cover
three of the most popular agile project management methodologies
and teach you step-by-step everything you need to know to work with each one in practice.
These three methodologies are:
Scrum
Kanban
OKR
After a short introductory chapter on agile project management, where we take a close look at
the Agile Manifesto and the 12 basic principles
, we turn to the first framework. In the chapter on
Scrum
, you'll then learn all about roles, artifacts, sprints, meetings and much more.
In the next chapter we will learn about the
Kanban methodology in detail
, here we learn all about Kanban boards, cards, WIP limits, swimlanes, flight levels and more.
In the last chapter we look at
the OKR method made famous by Google
. We learn all about the definitions of Objectives and Key Results, how to formulate them correctly and how to get the maximum out of our team.
Of course, the chapters are structured in such a way that you can do them independently of each other and
if you are interested in a particular method, you can easily start with that one
. We hope you enjoy the course!
We will likely add more content to this course over time.
If you have any specific ideas or topics you would like to learn more about when it comes to agile project management you can let us know anytime!
